The website and system are provided as part of a subscription service. Access is available only while the subscription is active and ends when the subscription is cancelled. The website and system are not owned by the client.
Business phone numbers
Any phone number provided is a platform-hosted number supplied as part of the service. The number is rented, not owned, and is available only while the subscription is active. The number is removed when the subscription is cancelled.
Messaging services (including WhatsApp)
Messaging services, including WhatsApp Business, operate using the platform-hosted number. Messaging access is available only while the subscription is active, ends when the subscription is cancelled, and cannot be transferred.
Using your own number
Clients may use their own primary business phone number alongside the platform-hosted number.
